Additional Shipping Information
For most shipments, a signature will not be required for the delivery of your order. However, in some circumstances, we may require a signature based on the order size, monetary value of the merchandise and/or restrictions in your delivery area. Once we determine that a signature is required for delivery, Blue Orchards is unable to remove this signature requirement and the shipper will not deliver without it.
Our Shipping Promise
Our products are shipped quickly and accurately from our warehouse to your home every day! We promise that if your domestic order does not arrive by the delivery date indicated during checkout, your shipping is free (US only). If this happens, email firstname.lastname@example.org for a full refund of your shipping charges. Shipping delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, inclement weather or natural or man-made disasters, will not be subject to our Shipping Promise and are not eligible for a shipping refund.
Over-Sized Shipments & Large Products
Certain products and packages are considered over-sized on our website and may be subject to additional shipping charges. In some cases, over-sized packages cost us a considerable amount more to ship; in this case we will contact you for the difference. Over-sized shipment examples could include but are not limited to:
- Orders containing many items that require more than one box to ship
- Large/heavy orders with expedited or express shipping
- One or more pinatas
- Large quantities of rubber duckies
- Other large or over-sized products
Check the product description for a note indicating the product may be over-sized. We appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions, feel free to contact customer service.
For customers shipping to a PO Box or who have a PO Box as part of their address, please include your complete address. Customers who enter incomplete and/or partial addresses are responsible for the delivery status of their order.
Customers should be aware that Blue Orchards uses a variety of shipping carriers and, though shipper delivery issues with PO Boxes are extremely rare, some carriers treat addresses with PO Boxes differently than others.
While we will make every effort to ensure your package is delivered correctly and in a timely manner, we are not responsible for a failure to deliver to a PO Box on behalf of our carriers.
In accordance with state laws, orders shipped to Michigan will have a 6% sales tax applied to the total.
